Norbert David Mocan

Norbert David Mocan of Grover Beach, peacefully passed away on October 5, 2023.

Norbert was born on June 27, 1991, to John and Jenny in Rochester Minnesota. During college he worked for Avila Bay Resort and Tennis Warehouse.

Norbert was months away of graduating from Western Governor University where he pursued a master’s degree in accounting/Bookkeeping.

Norbert found much joy in playing tennis, hiking, jogging, working on his e-bike and hanging out with friends.

Norbert is survived by: John Mocan, Jenny Sabau and Michael Mocan
