In Loving Memory of ~ Milly Lou Harman
October 23, 1950 - June 6, 2025
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Milly Lou Harman, who went to be with Jesus on June 6, 2025. Born on October 23, 1950, Milly touched countless lives with her warmth, wit, and generous spirit.
She is lovingly remembered by her two children and three stepchildren: Jennifer Skarda, David Harman, Dawn Short, Krista Wiley, and Scott Pelletier. Her legacy lives on through her 12 cherished grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, each a reflection of her love and strength.
At the center of Milly’s life was her beloved wife, Alice Pelletier. United in love since 1987 and legally married in December 2013, their bond was a shining example of devotion, resilience, and unwavering companionship.
Milly was a woman of many talents and deep passions. A proud and loyal fan of the New York Yankees, she never missed a chance to cheer for her team. Professionally, she was a celebrated pastry chef her creations delighted many, first at The Cliffs and later as the head pastry chef at Cal Poly Foundation, where her artistry and dedication left a lasting mark.
In her younger years, Milly served as a missionary, dedicating her time to sharing Gods love and hope with others. She was also a gifted musician, often using her voice and instrument as a way to connect hearts and lift spirits.
Though she endured many years of suffering, we take comfort in knowing she is now whole and free from pain, dancing joyfully with Jesus and fully restored in His presence. Milly’s absence leaves a profound void, but her legacy of love, faith, resilience, and grace will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
