Martha Elizabeth Pearson

Martha Elizabeth Pearson, age 91, of San Luis Obispo, CA went to be with the Lord March 24, 2022. She was born to John and Rosanna Mosier on June 11, 1930 in Madison, Indiana. She married Taylor Pearson on December 2, 1950 in Marion County, Indiana. Her daughter Debi was born in 1954 and daughter Dinah in 1957. In 1960 the family moved to Arizona, first to Mesa and then Scottsdale. In the 80’s, Martha and Taylor moved for a short stint to Olathe, KS before returning to Scottsdale. Martha and Taylor moved to Morro Bay, CA in 1994 to be closer to their daughters and grandchildren. In 1998, Martha and Taylor moved to Arroyo Grande, CA. Martha lived her life dedicated to the service of the Lord Jesus Christ by volunteering for Nazarene Church Outreach Services. She served at Biltmore Nazarene in Phoenix, AZ., College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe, KS, El Morro Church of the Nazarene in Los Osos, CA and New Life Community Church in Pismo Beach, CA. Martha was preceded in death by her parents Rosanna and John and her husband of 58 years, Taylor. She is survived by two daughters, Debi Pearson of San Diego, CA and Dinah Davison (Brian) of Atascadero, CA; four grandchildren, Renay Behrmann (Nathan) of Boise, ID, Staci King (Zack) of Atascadero, CA, Bryce Davison (Kristian) of Chico, CA, and Brandon Davison (Ilse) of Tigard, OR; and, eleven great grandchildren, Kaeli, Alyssa, Ian, Leanna, Zoey, Collin, Charlotte, Oliver, Christopher, Lucas and Haley.
