Marilyn Ruth Moe

Marilyn Ruth Moe, 94, went home to be with her Lord on May 6, 2023.

Marilyn was born October 9, 1928 to Glen and Marguerite Root in Paso Robles, California.  She attended and graduated from Paso Robles High School. On May 2, 1947, she married her high school sweetheart, Bernard Melvin "Bick" Moe. Marilyn was a stay at home wife and mother. Marilyn loved to paint, play the piano and garden and be around her family. She is preceded in death by her  husband Bernard "Bick" Moe, parents, Glen Stanton Root and Marguerite Root, brother Glen Eldon Root, sister's Lydia Jane Root Melvin, and Carol Marguerite Root Smeltzer, and son-in-law Dale Andersen.  She is survived by her children, Don Moe and wife Joni, and daughter Sydney Andersen; three grandchildren, Craig Collins and Brian and Jenny Moe; four great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Gabriel, Bella and Danielle; a sister-in-law Clara Moe Reidel and husband Ken. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Family Worship Center, 616 Creston Rd., Paso Robles,Ca. on Saturday June 24th at 2:00 p.m.
