Isaiah White Obituary

In Loving Memory of Isaiah James White

October 17, 1987 – October 31, 2024

Isaiah James White was born on October 17, 1987, in Santa Maria, California, and departed this world to join his Lord on October 31, 2024.

Isaiah’s early years were spent in California, where he attended Branch Elementary and Paulding Junior High before being homeschooled. His love for learning led him to Allan Hancock College and Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. For many years Isaiah was a part of the Five Cities Vineyard Church and Arroyo Grande Calvary Chapel communities.

Isaiah was a beloved husband to Amie Wahl and a devoted father to his three children: Vera, EmmyLou, and Liam. He was a loving son to his mother Alita Mines and father Terry White, and a dear brother to Jedediah Renshaw, Cheyenne Martinez, and Cory White. To his extended family, friends, and even his loyal dog Charlie, Isaiah was a constant source of kindness and joy.

Nature was Isaiah’s sanctuary. The ocean’s vastness and the forest’s stillness brought him peace, and he relished every moment he spent outdoors. He once wrote, “Grateful for all of nature, a place where there is peace, stillness, motion, made by God not man.”

Isaiah was a man of many talents and passions. A gifted artist, he expressed himself through photography, jewelry making, and music, playing guitar, piano, harmonica, and flute. His hands brought beauty to wood and metal alike. Surfing, hiking, reading, and writing filled his soul, as did playing and laughing with his children, making music, and finding joy in life’s simple, silly moments. As a painter, he took pride in his work and found fulfillment in his craft.

Those who knew Isaiah will remember his compassionate, loving, and kind spirit, a reflection of his deep faith and love for Jesus Christ. He embodied a life of purpose and love, touching everyone around him with his genuine warmth.

Isaiah’s legacy of faith, hope, and love lives on, now and forever, in the hearts of those who loved him.

“And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” – 1 Corinthians 13:13
