Frank Biane was born May 5, 1938 and passed on February 1, 2024 at the age of 85. Frank was born in Visalia, CA to Edna and Stanford Biane, graduating from Mt. Whitney HS in 1956. He then attended COS and Fresno State.
Frank spent over 60 years in automotive sales and leasing, starting as a car washer at Rodman Chevrolet after high school. His professional career saw him work in many capacities at Frontier Chevrolet, Hallowell and Hedrick Chevrolet. This led to many lifetime friendships with colleagues and customers.
Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Arlene of 38 years, son Jeffrey of Oahu, HI, and granddaughter Rylie Biane of San Luis Obispo, CA; sister Celine Jongsma of Camino, CA and brother Fred Biane of Visalia, CA. Also survived by bonus daughters Teresa Stump and Kim (Randy) Olson, grandson Ryan (Samantha) Stump of Clovis, CA and granddaughter Erika (James O' Neal) Johnson of Dallas, TX. He was also blessed with great grandchildren Charlotte Stump, Esmerai O'Neal and Olivianna O'Neal.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law James Stump.
He and his wife Arlene loved that they were able to spend their retirement in Pismo Beach over the past 20 years and also established many friendships there.
Frank left such a legacy of love, caring and giving to all and is now in the arms of Jesus.
