In Loving Memory of Harold Blech Harold Belch (Hal), a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and teacher, passed away peacefully at the age of 79 on April 14, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Robert M. McGuire, 87, passed away March 26, 2024. He was a custom picture framer and was a former owner operator of Village Art in Arroyo Grande. The memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., June 1st (Saturday) at the First United Methodist Church in Arroyo Grande.
