Denise Lorraine Barcus

Denise Lorraine Barcus, 67, of Grover Beach passed away October 29, 2024 at UCSF a San Francisco hospital. Services will be held at 10:00 AM April 25, 2025, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church located at 501 Fair Oaks Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California. A celebration of life to follow in the church hall after the mass, light lunch and refreshments will be served.

Denise is survived by her husband Ken, her two sons, Kenny and Matthew, sister Doreen, two brothers, Frank and Raphiel, stepmother Naomi, countless Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles, her many loved and cherished friends, and all those she touched with her easy smile and joyous laughter throughout her life.

Denise spent a lot of hours giving back to her community. In lieu of flowers, you may choose to donate to one of her favorite programs, the AGHS Band Program, where her son Matthew is now the Band Director. The AGHS Band Boosters can be reached at PO Box 206, Arroyo Grande, CA 93421.
