Christine Elizabeth Juncker was born on October 29th, 1968 in Placerville, California to Edmund and Sharon Juncker. She was the fourth of their five children, and had a sparkle all her own. With her golden blonde hair, cornflower blue eyes, and precocious personality, she could light up a room even as a child. Christine was sassy, quick witted, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was also very compassionate and spent her life looking out for others. Christine loved music, art, photography, writing, and was passionate about finding beauty in all things. Her dream in life was to live by the beach, where she could work on her many hobbies and spend time with her son Porter, whom she adored.
Christine passed away on Sunday, June 7th, 2020 in Pismo Beach, CA. She is survived by her beloved son, Porter Bouldt, her mother, Sharon Juncker, her sisters, Mary Dubisz, Katy Baun, and Margaret Juncker, her brother, Edmund Juncker, her nephews Richard, Christopher, and Alexander Baun, Joshua, Daniel, and Michael Dubisz, Vaughn Thongtawath, and her nieces Erin and Aria Juncker.
“I would rather be ashes than dust! I would rather that my spark should burn out in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot. I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet. The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.” – Jack London
