Katherine Ruth Evans

Katherine Ruth Evans, 91, of Arroyo Grande, passed July 28, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 75 years, Travis; sons, Fred, Tom and Phil; daughters, Jan Evans, Susie Martin, Kerry Nechodom and Eileen Herrera; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grands. She was preceded in death by one son, Richard.

Viewing will be Friday, August 4 from 3 to 7 pm at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel in Grover Beach.

A service in her honor will be 11 am Saturday, August 5 at New Life Nazarene Church, 990 James Way, Pismo Beach.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wilshire Hospice or New Life Church.
