Joanne Machado

Joanne Machado 85 of Arroyo Grande passed away on May 11 2019. Joanne was born April 6th 1934 in San Luis Obispo. Her parents were Charles and Helen Anderson. She had 5 sisters and 3 brothers all have passed. She married Eugene Machado in November of 1949 and spent most of her life on the family ranch in Arroyo Grande where she raised 3 children Marilyn, Steven, and Michael.
  Her kitchen was her domain, she always welcomed friends and family to a home cooked meal. Her greatest joy was spending time in her flower garden. She also was a seamstress.
  She is survived by her daughter Marilyn and son Michael of Arroyo Grande, 5 grand children and 3 great grand children.
  She is preceded in death by her son Steven and grand daughter Katie Machado.
Graveside services for Joanne will be Monday May 20th at 10am at Arroyo Grande Cemetery
