Howard C. “Andy” Andrews, 96, of Arroyo Grande passed away June 29, 2018.

Andy was preceded in death by his wife Katie in 2008 and is survived by son, Barry Andrews; daughter, Donna Stricklin (Nick); grandchildren, Sarah Stricklin and Lauren Oddo.

The service with military honors will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 5 at the New Life Community Church, 990 James Way in Pismo Beach.

Arrangements are under the care of the Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel.
