Barbara Anne Hudson age 81 of Grover Beach CA fell asleep in Death on Monday June 26th 2017

Barbara  was born in Pennsylvania, on April, eighteenth 1936. The daughter of Claude and Lynne Anderson. She tragically lost both of her parents in an auto accident at the age of 15. This event changed her life forever and caused her to treasure every day. On March, seventeenth, 1956 in Dearborn Michigan, she married Maxwell Frederick Hudson and the two raised a family together. She was blessed to have four Sons and two daughters. She often told stories about the joys she had raising her large family. She fondly recalled allowing her children to roller skate in the house and shoot small cannons at each other. They spent many happy days in Michigan fishing and playing together.  Mr and Mrs Hudson relocated their family to California where she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1958, at the age of 22. Anyone who had an opportunity to speak with Barbara could tell you she had a deep understanding of the Bible. She prized her relationship with Jehovah God and her family, above all else. At the age of 30 Barbara became a full-time Bible instructor (referred to by Jehovah's Witnesses as a regular pioneer). She had the pioneer spirit her entire life and always encouraged others to take up this work.  Mr and Mrs Hudson moved often and had an opportunity to be a part of many congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses throughout california.Barbara is most remembered for providing spiritual encouragement to all she talked with. She encouraged so many to develop their own deep love for Jehovah God and Bible study. Her Faith, Love, and Zeal was evident to everyone she spoke to. She had many favorite scriptures but one she quoted often describes something she desired for all of her family and friends

“May Jehovah bless you and safeguard you.

May Jehovah make his face shine upon you, and may he favor you.May Jehovah lift up his face toward you and grant you peace.”’

Numbers 6:24-26

It was her desire to be reunited with her Family and friends and live in peaceful conditions on a restored earth according to the Bible's promise.

She was survived by her husband Maxwell Frederick Hudson, Her children Bill Anderson, Claudia Draggoo,Son-in law David Draggoo, Maxwell Hudson jr, Daughter-in law Delores Hudson, Ralph Hudson,Daughter in-law Jennifer Hudson, Marty Hudson, 26 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren
